This website is presenting my interests in antique arms and the historic contexts they where developed and found use.
But as I am just an interested collector, and not a learned historian, errors and lacunes are certain to be spotted.

Most of these web pages have a layout for reading in landscape format to better show long weapons.
ArmHis.com is a work in progress, and my intention is that it shall be interesting along the way.

The pages are written in english as arms collectors are spread all over the globe. 
A parallel set of pages in norwegian may eventually be added. 

These pages have been coded in simple, basic html code as was usual when the internet was at its beginnings
and I coded my first websites back around 1993,  lean and light

ArmHis is a non profit site documenting my interests in a few sectors of arms collecting and related history.
