ArmHis Artillery, cannons, chars and tanks

This page leads into presentation of artillery throught the times. When rocks and pebbels got too heavy
to be thrown by hand or sling, it lead to the invention of machinery that would throw heavy loads longer
over greater and greater distances, until todays satellite guided missils and remotely controlled drones.
This site will follow the developement until ca. end of WW1.

Most of these web pages have a layout for reading in landscape format to better show long weapons.
ArmHis.com is a work in progress, and my intention is that it shall be interesting along the way.
ArmHis is a non profit site documenting my interests in a few sectors of arms collecting and related history.
